I'm a technical environment and lighting artist. I love creating game worlds and have been working in level editors since I was 12 years old. Currently living in Sydney and working at Click Media working on Fortnite UGC.
I'm working as the lead developer/head of studio at Click Media. Working with the Click team at the forefront of UGC using UEFN to develop games and experiences for Fortnite.
Using my 8+ years of experience with Unreal Engine to push what is possible within Fortnite. Creating new workflows/pipelines, hiring and managing the team, managing our projects, working on art and gameplay within our maps and working with Click clients.
Worked as a lead helping with many aspects of development. Helped creatively and technically to figure out solutions to problems/road blocks. Wrote documentation, helped create workflows/processes and lead development of 14 unique levels for LONN. Working on the level art, lighting, design elements and scripting.
Released mobile games and desktop games. Taught on YouTube for Unity and Unreal Engine in Let's Create series and other videos. Over 80,000 subscribers and helped people get jobs in industry.
Taught multiple aspects of game art with a focus on environment art. Ran classes and holiday courses teaching for desktop, VR, mobile and console development. Had to consistently learn new software, upgrade my skills and improve my portfolio of work, produce my own games for the course, create course content. My final job was to run the incubator which was a simulated game studio so I collaborated with teams that ended up releasing their games. Some commercial, some free.
