Traveler | Star Wars Inspired Personal Project

I wanted to use Unreal Engine 5 and Lumen to create something detailed and cinematic looking. I decided to go with Star Wars as the theme/inspiration. I gave myself a time limit of three days to create this environment. At first I wasn't going to have a small animation video but wanted to try it as it seemed very achievable since I already had the environment. It was fun to give some life to a still scene.

I created many of the models in the environment and also used some mega scans assets + textures. I used a variety of artwork as my inspiration but tried to go in a very different direction from anything I'd seen to create an original layout/composition. I modelled the buildings and created greebles to add details around the scene to break up any areas that were under-detailed or getting repetitive.

For some reason I imagine at the end of the video a lone Jedi ignites their Lightsaber after coming across the Empire troops.
